I'm posting here instead of support because everything *seems* to be working fine but I don't want to cause some long term issue with something like the battery because I didn't have some weird razer specific driver.ĮDIT: to anyone seeing this post in the future, the only thing you permanently lose is the factory created screen calibration profile (or "ICC profile", the International Color Consortium has created some objective system for making colors on your display appearing how we think they should. Everything updated and seems to be working well. Anyway, I started over, deleted the second partially created boot record as well as the original recovery partition (this was sort of on accident) and did the fresh Win 11 iso install. ![]() After messing around with it for hours, I went to Microsoft support who recommended a clean Win 11 iso install (which I originally botched by accidentally saying yes to a Razer factory reset in the middle of the install, thereby creating two bootable partitions). ![]() My brand new 2023 Razer 18 would not fully update Windows 11 (it kept getting stuck on downloading version update "22h2").
